The Wicked Stick Golf Links and Indian Wells Golf Course are both 18 hole courses about 15 minutes away on the Surfside Connector and 17 bypass. Carpet Golf is as sophisticated as it comes with all sorts of themes for the family to enjoy together. We are the golf capital of the world with 105 golf courses in the area. All we ask is that you wear your cleats on the course. Call ahead for tee-times. Your house key opens all exit doors. You don't have to go anywhere to have a good time or be entertained. You have a beautiful pool right in your patio. You can heat it or cool it. You can light it at night and watch it change colors. You can turn it on at the black fiber optic tower and use the remote upstairs in the key box to turn it off. Your house has ceiling fans and air conditioning to suit your comfort level. The elevator is the piece de resistance. You will thank your lucky stars that you don't have to haul everything up and down the stairs. It travels to all three floors. When you arrive, load all your stuff in the elevator close both doors and push the desired floor button. Do not touch any other switches. Close the elevator curtain door when you plan to travel. Do not open curtain until the elevator comes to a stop. Close the curtain door when you exit the elevator. Close the white wood elevator door when you exit the elevator so it can be called when someone else needs it. There is an emergency lever at the top of the white door. If you wait too long to exit, the white door won't open. Just reach up and push the lever and open the door. Ken Ashby takes care of your pool and lawn maintenance weekly and will turn on the heater for you. It takes 24 hours to heat to 86 degrees, so check the temperature before arrival, let us know if you plan to swim, and we'll have it ready for you. We provide housekeeping services at check-out. We will take care of your check out details. Martha Stewart sheet sets and towels are for your pleasure and we will make the beds for you upon arrival for an additional fee of $5.00 per bed. The garage has room for two cars under cover and a golf cart to get you and your beach gear to and from the beach. The drive way will hold a number of cars. The golf cart is licensed in SC for adult drivers only. It should be charged every night when used. Keep the key safe when at the beach and on the key box hook when not using it. Use it for errands to the quick stop on the corner. Check the tires for air while there. Never leave the keys in the cart. Wash the sand and salt off the cart and beach chairs with the garden hose in the shower room. Park it in the slot near the stair well door. Lock it up again when you leave at the end of your stay. Garbage pick up is twice a week off season and three times a week in season. Roll the garbage can to the front of the garage just under cover. They will come get it and return it. There is a barbeque on the patio near the palm tree. The flip back table will seat six and the round table 4. The table on the deck can be brought down for more seating. There should be one on deck and one in the shower room until needed. There is an enclosed shower room and dressing room off the pool area. Bare feet and street dirt play havoc with the patio deck and carpets take a beating if feet aren't washed before going in the pool or going upstairs. The beach chairs will rust out if the salt isn't hosed off of them before putting them away. There are sisal Lahala mats for the beach in the closet in the rear of the garage along with toys and sand buckets. There is a blow up volley ball game for the pool in the back closet. There is a beautiful kitchen that has sylestone counters, dishwasher, microwave, stove, fridge with ice maker. There is a pantry, toaster oven, toaster, blender, coffee pot and assorted pots and pans, and Dansk dinnerware and flatware. The washer and dryer are off the hall in the laundry room. Try to keep wet suits off the floor, preferably in the bathrooms or on the clothes line downstairs.There is clothes line in the kitchen drawer to string in the garage. There is an adult living area with plasma TV and DVD player. All rooms have Direct TV. Push the on button, then the guide button to all channels, then use the joy stick to scroll up and down east and west for your program. You can program your TV so you don't miss any shows or games. The TV in the kids room above the living room has a 32" in flat screen TV and DVD. Puzzles, Scrabble, Monopoly, Poker, Cards etc. are waiting for you. Linens and Towels by Martha Stewart. No pets. Modest Price with atmosphere and the sea food is delish. Early Bird at the Gulf Port rest. Is excellent dining 4:30 to 5:30 about $ 10.00 + or - white table clothes, great view. The Conch is on Waccamaw Dr. walking distance and delicious.Want good steaks at home? JB's Butcher shop west on Inlet Mall Connector at the curve. Texas Road House, south on 17B on the left. Outback south on 17B on the right, T-Bones south on 17 over the overpass a couple of miles. Carabas south on 17 ov er the overpass on the right. Traditional Italian right next door on the right. Hamburger Joes, north on 17B on the left just past the Tupelo golf course. Great BBQ and hamburgers., California Pizza across from Krispy Kreme just north of Atlantic. Crabby Mikes buffet $ 19.95 per person is great seafood all you can eat. There are 65 restaurants on S 17 Business at Murrells Inlet. Want to go up to Broadway on the Beach ? Interested in the shows? Go to Internet and pull up Myrtle Beach Entertainment. Alabama has a theater. Lots of headliners. Key West Restaurant, and loads af top drawer eating places. The famous Phillips Crab House is on 17 By pass. with Loco Burro for the best Mexican you ever ate. All near Broadway on 17Bypass. Krispy Kreme get 'em hot North on 17Business in the morning or after 8:00 PM. Pick them up on the way home from Broadway. Some of the finest carpet golf courses you'll ever see are up and down 17 B. If you are on 17-B you only have to turn on any through street and travel west to 17 by pass. |
